Effective January 1, 2005 LEMA will be receiving your Penfirs reports for
 the State.   Please send your reports to the following email address as an
 attachment and we will follow through with forwarding them to the State:

 penfirs@lebanonema.org

 Your initial report should include the .dep file for your company plus the
 incident reports.  If there are any questions please contact George Stover
