Foam training class march 31st and April 2nd
(Foam Basic)
Foam training class April 14th,16th (4) Hour
blocks and either the 18th or 19th pending instructor availability.
A Min of 15 members are need to hold the
classes.
Anyone that is interested should sign up on
the Lebanon County Firefighters association web site. and fill out the
form. They are not required to fill out social security number or course
number just basic information. Once complete form is filled out print
and fax Doug Hartman (Chief 8) at indicated number to fax on the web
site so he has an accurate count.

Force Trainer
Also a tentative date has been set up for
June 6th (Saturday) for a County wide foam task for training to be held
at the county fire school. Time to be announced.
Also discussion about using Lancaster
County's Training Center for the spill pit also a possible joint
training with Lancaster Counties Foam Task force was discussed to differ
cost that would accrue to use the pit.
Questions where also raised about doing a
"Walk through" of Sara site facilities such as Elk Corp and Koch Hydro
Carbon and various other business's located through out the county.
Doug advised that we could go when the Hazmat Team does a walk through
if possible.
A question was raised about gaining access
to the Pa Turn Pike? Further discussion will follow...
Also all contact information needs to be
filled out Name Phone Number and Email address for all County Foam Task
for Meeting Members. That way a complete list can be established for all
members.
